2 Day Ohio Country Tour
Bob Evans Farm Festival & Amish Sampler
Come along as we embark on a fall tour through the countryside of Ohio for a two day excursion. First we will travel to Rio Grande, Ohio home of Bob Evans farms and the 40th annual Bob Evans Farm Festival. Here you will enjoy the beauty and learn the heritage of the Bob Evans farm, witness artisans crafting their wares enjoy plenty farm fresh food, tour the farm and homestead and listen to the sounds of live music. There's plenty of fun when you visit for the day down on the farm. We will close out the day in Ohio’s Capitol city of Columbus where we will enjoy a restful night sleep at the included overnight hotel accommodations. The next day will take us to Sugar Creek Ohio, Amish country; today’s highlights will include a sampling of homemade gifts and treats, everyone will receive homemade pancake mix, a family style feast at Dutch Valley, a Small bag of noodles. You’ll also enjoy feeding animals from six different continents! Animal crackers for everyone! You’ll see Big Ben, the largest Belgian Draft Horse in Ohio! A visit to an Orchard for fresh fruits and ciders. A Pastry for everyone, ice cream treat and Sangria demonstration, samples and recipes. We will then return home later that evening with our bellies full and bags of treats in hand.
